As my work has matured, two things have occurred as part of that evolution. The first is that I no longer make photographs in color. The second is I learned to keep better records of the details around an image.
The following photographs showcase the early years of my finding my voice. Sadly, for many, I have limited information on where the image was taken and only memories of the moments to go on; thus, I’ve chosen to keep captions simple, leaving location information where it is known.
